I wrote this so long ago and it still rings true today

The world keeps turning even though you’re standing still lost in a moment.

It reminds me to be present. It encourages me to keep putting one foot in front of the other even when I am stuck.

The truth is, life keeps lifing no matter what state of mind you are in. You have a choice to sink, swim, or fly. I always choose the high route.
